The August monthly work party will be held this SATURDAY, AUGUST 22nd from 0900-????.

We will be setting up for our annual pig roast which is on Sunday, August 23rd. As in the past this is an all hands work party with lots to do.

Here are just a few:

  1. The entire grounds at and around the club house needs to be cut and weed wacked.

  2. The deck under the pavilion needs to be cleaned and power washed.

  3. The 10"x 20"canopy that we use as a serving line needs to be erected on the side of the pavilion.

  4. Our large 20"x 40" tent needs to be erected on the side of our serving canopy.

  5.  All the tables located in the conex box by the pavilion need to be transported to under the pavilion, set up and cleaned.

  6. The bathrooms need to be cleaned and stocked with toiletries. 

  7. All the tables used as serving tables, pop up tents, cones and whatever else  needs to be brought from the range up to the pavilion.

  8. The PA system needs to be tested and stored on Saturday then reinstalled on Sunday. 

***As we still do not have a member/members to take on the role of maintenance, we never know what the status of our equipment is. With that said, if you are willing to bring a piece of your own equipment, that would be a big help.

***I am sure I forgot to list a few things but this isn't the first time we've done this. We just need an all hands effort.

***A few members will be there Friday @ 10:00. If you're available, stop in.

***We need to keep in mind that this is only 1 of 3 functions the club has to greerated funds. Our GUESTS are the ones that support us and we need to show them we appreciate their support. We need to give our guest time to mingle after the meal is done. We can't be in a rush to break down the event, so plan to stay a little late so we can all get home at a decent time and not leave the breakdown to a few members.
